Rainy Day in Ludington

It’s raining! It’s pouring! It’s time for Downtown touring!

My favorite thing to do when rain is in the forecast is head to the beach to watch the fronts roll in off the lake. Stearns Park Beach and the Loomis Street Boat launch are both close to Downtown Ludington and offer great views. If you snap a photo, be sure to tag #LoveLudington. We’d love to see it. Jamesport Brewing Company and Timbers both offers a covered deck, so you can still enjoy a meal and or a drink outside (in season, of course). Click here for a list of restaurants you can find downtown.

If you need an umbrella or a sweatshirt to help you weather the storm or maybe buy a puzzle or book to help you pass the time, you’ll find dozens of shops downtown. Click here for a list.

If you are looking for things to do until the rain stops, we’ve got you covered there, too!
