This annual festival, put on the Ludington Area Jaycees, brings family fun to the holiday! The grand parade steps off at 2 p.m. and can be seen on Ludington Avenue west of Washington Avenue. The fireworks over Lake Michigan begin at dusk and can be viewed from any local beach.
